The Calhoun High School Class of 2025 Goes Out In Style

On the front row of the Calhoun County High School graduating class, the shoes of Gunnar Lane stood out; glistening and sparkling much like the eyes of the Senior class who were excited to be on the brink of freedom. I thought they were very fitting for the event and gave evidence of school pride in the graduating student body. Thank you Gunnar, for making Ridgeview smile and being a shining beacon in your Senior class.

The CMHS gymnasium was packed, both the bleachers and on floor seating by friends and family attending the event.

Lindsey Nettles, Salutatorian addresses her classmates with encouraging words for the future.

Lauren Lovejoy, Valedictorian, provided her address very confident, and not without a few tears on Friday, May 23rd, 2025.
