Virginia Mae Neely, 82, or Orma, West Virginia, passed away on Saturday, May 24, 2025, at Roane General Hospital Long-Term Care, Spencer, WV.
She was born on December 10, 1942. Around 1972 Virginia went to live with Lida Bailey. She lived with her until Lida passed in October 2010, at which time Patricia Butler began staying with her. The last couple of months she has lived at Roane General LTC.
A graveside service will be conducted by Stump Funeral Home & Cremation, Inc., Arnoldsburg, WV, at Bailey Cemetery, on Beech Road, Orma, WV, on Wednesday, May 28, 2025.
