This year, National Wreaths Across America Day will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2025. The Calhoun Composite Sqaudron, Calhoun Civil Air Patrol, will be conducting the ceremony at the Calhoun County Courthouse in Grantsville at Noon on 12/13/25.

Commander Lew Craddock will lead to Calhoun efforts to join the more than two million volunteers and supporters who will gather to Remember, Honor and Teach at more than 5,200 participating locations in all 50 states, at sea and abroad.
To have your veteran honored with laying of the wreath at their grave stone, you can contact Major Donna Umstead or stop by J & B Drug Store on Friday, November 21st, 2025 from 10 a.m. through 4 p.m.
Sponsor a veteran’s wreath in honor of or in memory of a loved one who served in our armed forces. Or, sponsor and allow us to designate a recipient among the millions of heroes who rest in honored glory.

What does it mean to sponsor a wreath? Sponsoring a veteran’s wreath is a personal gift of gratitude and remembrance for someone who served this country so that we can be free.
Your sponsorship supports the yearlong mission to remember the fallen, honor those who serve, and teach the next generation the value of freedom, while making new and existing free programs available to the masses. With each sponsorship made, a veteran’s wreath will be placed to honor an American hero at participating locations this year on National Wreaths Across America Day.
Deadline to Order from Calhoun Composite Squadron is November 30th, 2025.
