Rev. Craig Blankenship filled his regular appointment at the Burning Springs M. E. Church.
I. J. 'JIm' Lynch passed away Friday evening. He had bad complications from diabetes and was reported to have also acquired Dr. Fauci's "wonder virus".
Visitation will be from 6 until 8 on Tuesday at the Matheny FH in Elizabeth with the service Wednesday at 1 P. M.
Barb Wright has been consulting with her medical professionals. She is being thoroughly examined, so to speak.
The bridge crew patched the holes in the Creston bridge again and left up rough road signs.
The folks who are meeting down at the Mouth of the Elk seem to be having second thoughts on their big plan to eliminate the 1932 taxation limitation amendment which has since then protected farms & homes from high tax rates. The proposed HJR3 would eliminate that and make taxation of "personal property" subject to the whims of legislators. The story has been "well you won't have to pay tax on your car" but the real idea is to give huge (like $billions) breaks to out of state corporations on the "infrastructure" that has been built in W. Va. such as the $multi-billion fractionation plant at Sherwood on W. Va. 50 in Doddridge County [largest in America].
Robert & Phyllis Lee sold their land on the West Fork (Richardsonville Road) to Michael & Susan Galick from California. On Tuesday evening a friend of theirs called for directions as the buyers had never been here before. Explicit directions were given along with a warning that going up & over Goose Nest Hill pulling trailers after dark might not be the best idea as they could spend the night at Mineral Wells with several hotels. The response was, "Well they've been on the road from California and they want to be there tonight." Anyway the first truck (of three) was pulling a 30' trailer and hit an icy spot going up Goose Nest Hill and went sideways. Finally, Wednesday afternoon the truck & trailer were removed from the roadway. Naomi, the mail carrier, wasn't warned and got down close the stuck chariot and because of the icy conditions she could not get back up the hill. As one older woman said, "Welcome to West Virginia". The new folks seem nice and were amazed how cheap gasolene is here [compared to California].
Local folks continue to recover from the Wuhan Kung Flu virus. Some are better and others are taking longer even after taking ivermectin, one of the best cures for the illness. A recent report explained in detail how NIH (where Dr. Fauci rules) used the mainstream media, the Associated Press and Big Tech to badmouth and stop use of the medicine that earned a Nobel prize in 2015. In the Indian state of Utter Pradesh, a poor part of India with 230 million residents the drug was made available when the problem started and a dramatic drop happened in cases with finally deaths going to zero. Fauci instead promoted remdesivir which shuts down kidney function and was made by Gilead Science, formerly run by Donald Rumsfeld & George Schultz, both tied to the Bush dynasty & thus the deep state. Finally even the WHO [World Health Org.] had to admit that the promoted drug had no impact on decreasing mortality.
Jimmy Henthorn, Patty Wyatt, Bob Bush, Dale Lane & Joanne Graff were among those checking on matters.
A friend of Jane's sister back in 1980 adopted two black children from an orphanage in New York City. Both were very sick and it was learned that they were being given huge doses of a drug. The adoptive parents consulted their physician and he stopped the "treatment" and the children recovered. Then 'child protective services" showed up and took the children away as they were part of a "study". They were never seen again. Turned out Dr. Fauci, who was then trying to cure AIDS was using the children in the orphanage for experiments. Recently a reporter found the mass grave where many of them were placed. Lara Logan who has to be one of the most brutally frank & honest reporters anywhere compared Dr. Fauci with that great humanitarian Dr. Josef Mengele. Of course the folks who tried to adopt the children only recently learned what Paul Harvey called "the rest of the story". Now it is reported that the 'triple vaxed' have a 495% increase in the infection and the life insurance actuaries have noted that there is a 40% increase in deaths among those between the ages of 18 & 65, those of working age. Needless to say, they are concerned as to why. Apparently such is not a news story.
The truckers in Canada have shown what working folks can do when they are pushed by "leaders" who have not a clue & could not care less. One would not be surprised to have similar things happen in the US. Creston residents do not have to deal with the craziness that exists in other parts of the nation.
The postal system is trying to get an additional $85 billion from the taxpayers but there are serious concerns about what the postal service is "up to". The government agency has been involved in an internet covert operations program.
While there is no southern border we have heard a lot about the border between Russia & Ukraine where son Hunter formerly operated & prospered. We are told that if Vladimir invades there will be sanctions & consequences & blah, blah, blah. For the record, during 2021 each month the US imported at least 20,000 bbl. of oil from Russia or about $2 million/month & that does not count the natural gas used to heat Faucohantas wigwam in Massachusetts since W. Va. gas is "unclean". Speaking of such, Thomas P. DiNaopli who runs the New York state retirement determined that Chesapeake, a Marcellus driller is on the "naughty" list of 21 shale companies and, as such, most be divested while EQT & CNX (a Rockefeller company) are on the list of 21 "good" companies. Presently EQT is producing 5.85 bcf/day of natural gas [billion cubic feet].
Natural gas that went from Wyoming to northern California rose to $7.33/mmbtu but Henry Hub (Louisiana) gas fell to $3.94 with talk of a dollar drop because of warm weather & ample supply. The price of local Pennsylvania grade crude rose to $92.10/bbl. with condensate fetching $78.10/bbl. and Marcellus & Utica light bringing $83.10 & medium $92.10/bbl.
