The Calhoun County Solid Waste Authority will hold a public hearing to solicit ideas, opinions and comments on its revisions to the Calhoun County Solid Waste Authority’s Comprehensive Litter and Solid Waste Control Plan.
The hearing will take place at Calhoun County court house, Monday, April 28*, 2025 at 1:00 pm during which time public comments will be heard. These plans may be reviewed at the Calhoun
County Library on Mill St. in Grantsville, the Calhoun County Clerks’ office, Calhoun County Solid Waste Authority’s office at 2427 W. Little Kanawha Hwy.
Grantsville and the Mid-Ohio Regional Council office at
531 Market St., Parkersburg, WV. Written comments will be accepted until Thursday, May 8th, 2025 and may be sent to the Calhoun County Solid Waste Authority at 2427
W. Little Kanawha Hwy., Grantsville, WV 26147 or dropped off in person at Cabot Recycling Station.
