Arnoldsburg Volunteer Fire Department and the Upper West Fork Volunteer Fire Department were dispatched around 2:06 a.m. to 1079 Beech Road, Arnoldsburg, WV by Calhoun control when a neighbor in that vicinity phoned in the structure fire.
Once on scene Arnoldsburg VFD called for a medical examiner due to a fatality. The WV State Fire Marshall and West Virginia State Police were called later for investigation. Emergency Responders remain on scene at 9 a.m.
