Calhoun Magistrates and Prosecutor Recused from McCumbers Case

According to Magistrate Court records, both Magistrates Richard Postalwait and Lora Davis were voluntarily recused at their request on September 15th, 2025 and replaced by Jackson County MagistrateTamara Milhoan.
