Rev. Kevin Gillespie filled his regular appointment at the Burning Springs M. E. Church.

Spring like weather continues in the Creston area with thunderstorms, high water and more spring flowers.  Soon ramps will be up.  Likewise spring activities are in full swing as well.  Wilma Mowrey is having some work done on her home and Barb Wright has been doing some inside painting.  Flower buds are swelling and the frogs have been singing for the enjoyment of local folks who love the spring sounds.

Gov. Jim Justice’s financial woes continue to make the news as he was ordered to turn over his helicopter to pay debts to Russian & Indiana creditors.  His big backer for being US Senator, Uniparty boss Mitch McConnell said he was stepping down from his leadership position which will be a loss for Ukraine & the war run by the US State Department.  Because of McConnell’s Chinese business connections, he like the Biden family, have gone easy on China’s involvement in the fentanyl war against American youth.

Next week the government mandated fast time starts so folks’ biological clocks will, once again, have to be reset.

Some Creston folks have been going to the Friday Lenton lunches at the St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Elizabeth.  This Friday March 8 will feature clam chowder.

It was learned that the EPA’s new rules for gas fired power plants [shutting them down] have been delayed until after the election so that the rules changes will not be used  as an election issue.  However, the ruling junta has come out with new rules for washing machines and clothes dryers.  One might wonder how anyone in the government ever got the authority to tell folks how they can spend their own money and what one can purchase or choose not to buy.  Apparently, wash boards and clothes lines are still legal.  Up in Canada new legislation was introduced that would fine a person $500,000 for talking positively about oil & gas and if the person worked for an oil company [as a well tender, roustabout,  pipe liner, etc.] the fine would go to $1 million with prison time.

Speaking of going to the slammer, a reporter for Blaze TV who covered the January 6 activities has been arrested for, apparently showing something that people were not supposed to see.

The State Road biggie was pulled over at 11 PM on I-64 after attending a big convention.  He was driving his state road buggy but was not charged and someone else drove him home.

As best one can tell the wizards meeting down at the Mouth of the Elk have done nothing to get fertilizer plants on line in West Virginia in spite of a supply of cheap natural gas. It might be noted that the Iran based Houti rebels recently sunk a boatload of fertilizer in the Red Sea.  Seems now that under the golden dome the worry is that about $1/2 billion of COVID funds might have been wrongly spent and might have to be repaid.

While no one locally was impacted the tin mill in Weirton that employs 950 men is shutting down because the compromised Biden family allowed communist Chinese factories to force the plant out of business. ‘We are for the working people, dontcha know?”  One can see that the $millions in bribes paid off for China but were devastating to West Virginia.  Manchin and his buddy big Jim were allegedly  too busy to do anything about it.

A new study of 99 million folks who took the vaccines found a substantial increase (sometime 4 x) in other diseases, especially heart related problems in 18 to 24 year old folks.  Dr. Peter McCullough has been outspoken about this but if he lived in certain European nations he could be sent to prison for speaking truth to power.

Tom Schaller, a pointy headed intyleckshual who teaches at the Univ. of Maryland, has determined that the greatest threat to the survival of the nation is the group called rural white people.  Apparently folks who live in Creston are a greater danger than Chinese dictator Xi, the mullahs in Iran, little rocket man & the drug cartels.  The Big Eared One spoke of the primitives who clung to Bibles & guns and Madame Hillary talked about the “Basket of Deplorables”.  At least we know what the ruling elites really think about us. As Alexander Pope said, “A little learning is a dang’rous thing, drink deep or taste not the Pierian Spring.”

Bill Gates, whose daddy was big in Planned Parenthood, the abortion provider, has been pushing all sorts of wild ideas about disease control.  He had GMO mosquitoes spread over a large area and now there is a 400% increase in Denge fever.  He is a big vax promoter & wants the world’s population redu ced.

A local fellow had to go over in Ohio on business and went via Point Pleasant.  It was observed that the tree cutting crew had “done a number” on the trees that were in the park as one goes into town on W. Va. Route 2.  Coming back across the Ohio River the exit from Rt. 35 on to Route 2 north apparently is an “abandoned road” judging from the number of imperfections in the surface of the roadway.  Going up the Ohio River on the W. Va. side is “an experience”.  Rough road signs are for real.  If one had a loaded truck one would likely, at best, break a spring or tear off a shock.

A Creston resident got a call from one of those polling outfits.  The very sweet lady had problems with big words like Cabell, Raleigh & Kanawha.  She was frustrated when the local fellow told her he had not seen any of the TV ads for or against Chris Miller who, apparently, is running for governor.  It was hard to tell which candidate she was promoting but she asked “what kind of republican are you?”

The price of local Pennsylvania grade crude rose to $78.97/bbl. with condensate fetching $60.97/bbl. while Marcellus & Utica light brought $69.97 and medium $78.97/bbl.  The Henry Hub price of natural gas was $1.84  (it had been lower). The DTI (Dominion or Mother Hope) price was !.323 and TCO (Columbia Gas/TransCanada) was $1.640/MMBTU.  Y grade natural gas liquids brought $28.859/bbl.

Speaking on natural gas liquids, that is ethane, propane, the butanes, pentanes, etc.  One big Marcellus driller now is sending out leases that do not make provision for the payment of royalties on NGLs.  Instead there is a fictional price ” based on BTU”.  “Baldy Blair and Eric Tarr’s forced pooling bill allows for legal theft of West Virginia’s resources.  Tar & feathers anyone?
