Age 67 yrs old, passed away on May 1st, 2026 at CAMC Memorial. She was born June 20th, 1958, and she was the daughter of the late Don & Helen Ramsey.
She enjoyed reading and spending time with her grandchildren & great-grandchildren. She loved yard sales & thrift shopping for bargains.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her brothers, Don (Linda) Ramsey of Spencer and Tony (Linda) Ramsey of Shock, WV; sisters, Gloria (Gary) Price of Cottondale, AL and Edith (Rodney) Summers of Spencer, WV; sons, Christopher (Kristin) Smith of Arnoldsburg, WV, Kavan Smith of Spencer, WV, and Kassiah Smith of Spencer, WV; 7 great-grandchildren & several nieces & nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Donna Jones, and her son, Joseph Smith.
Cindy will be cremated, and a small graveside service will be held at a later time at the family cemetery. Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home is proud to serve the Smith family.
