Gelinda Jean Skaggs, 47 years old, was arrested for Conspiracy to Commit a Felony on June 15th, 2022. She is being housed in the West Virginia Central Regional Jail on case numbrf 22-M07M-00025 on #10,000 Cash or Surety Bond.
