William Thomas Abicht, 32, was arrested over night for the misdemeanor charge of ”Prohibited person with a firearm.” He is being held at the WV Central Regional Jail awaiting arraignment and setting of bond.
Eric Ray Jones with his Attorney, Betty Gregory appeared before Judge Anita Ashley for sentencing.
