NOTICE TO PERFORMANCE COMPANIES.
GENERAL INFORMATION AND REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR
Construction of a 40’ x 80’Community Park Building
The Board of Directors (Board) of the Upper West Fork Community Park (Park) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the construction of a 40’ x 80’community park building during the 2026 building season. The proposals shall consist of qualifications and a financial proposal.
A copy of the complete RFP will be available by emailing anitagwest@frontiernet.net.
Contractors that are interested in being considered must submit a Proposal in response to this RFP on or before March 6 at 12:00 noon.
The successful company will be determined solely from the Proposals. However, the Park Board reserves the right to interview all the candidates if it so chooses.
A pre-construction meeting for contractors will be held at the Upper West Fork Park, Chloe, WV on February 27 at 12:00 noon.
An original and two copies of the proposal are required. To prevent opening by unauthorized individuals, your submittal should be identified on the envelope as follows:

The Park Board reserves the right to amend the RFP based on questions and issues raised during the conduct of this solicitation.
