Stacy Junior “Pete” Conrad, 66, of Linn, WV; departed this earthly life peacefully in his home, in the mid-morning hours of Friday, September 6, 2025 at his residence following a brief illness.
He was born August 17, 1959 in Fort Belvoir, VA; son of the late Stacy and Wilma (Fincham) Conrad.
Pete is a former maintenance worker for Rubbermaid manufacturing, having retired in 2012. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, painting pictures, riding motorcycles and ATV’s, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
Surviving are 2 daughters, Candace Conrad of Linn, WV; and Angela Bradfield (Nathan) of Mathias, WV; 4 grandchildren, Virginia Swick, Winston Bradfield, Everliegh Blosser, and Isaiah Rutherford, and 5 siblings, Nina Weaver, Tim Conrad, Ellen Cunningham, Sheri Hoffman, and Vicki Gross.
Also surviving is his aunt, Emma Jean Hacker, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many other wonderful family and friends.
Along with his parents, Stacy is preceded in death by his long-time companion, Melissa Everett.
Pete’s request for cremation has been honored and a private celebration of life will be conducted by the family at a later date.
