So please fill in anticipated meals you wish to eat. If you wish to change your preferences, they need to be made prior to your arrival. Cedar Lakes Dining can provide limited Special diet accommodations, which must be requested prior to arrival. Remember that you must send one copy of the Registration form to Cedar Lakes, if you need lodging and/or meals and one copy with the $10 registration fee to Lorrayne Corley at the address on the registration form.
