Widespread Phone Outage in Calhoun on Frontier Lines

Several of Ridgeview’s calls have gone unanswered in the area today due to a phone outage in the area. I spoke with Frontier Communications regarding several businesses in the area being able to call out, but unable to receive calls. At first they said there was no outage in the area, but after I gave them several numbers effected with the issue, Calhoun suddenly was in an area of outage. 😃

The issue has been reported and they have forwarded the information to their ”Advance Technical Team.” An estimated time for the repairs to be made was not given, but I was assured they are working on it.
